Payment

We accept payment by credit/debit card, bank transfer, and cryptocurrency. All payments must be made in full before goods are dispatched.

Delivery

We import bikes from Chongqing, Qiulong, China to our warehouse in Coventry, UK, then ship worldwide. Delivery times are 2–4 weeks from dispatch, with dispatch within 5–7 business days of payment confirmation.

All deliveries are fully tracked and insured. A tracking number will be sent to you by email once your order has been dispatched.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns on items that are unused, undamaged, and in original packaging within 30 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged on arrival.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
