Returns

We accept returns on items that are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase.

Receive Return Instructions
We’ll send you full return instructions and a return address.

Ship the Item Back
Send the item back in its original packaging. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, except for defective or damaged items.

Refund Processed
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been inspected and accepted. Please allow up to 14 business days for processing.

If your item is found to be damaged, defective, or not as described, you will receive a full refund including return shipping costs.

Paid with crypto? Refunds for cryptocurrency payments will be issued in the equivalent value at the time of the original transaction, returned to the same wallet address.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange your item for a different model, size, or colour, please contact us directly and we’ll assist you in processing the exchange.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. We’ll always do our best to find the right option for you.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your bike arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at support@surronzone.com with photographic evidence of the damage.

We will arrange a return, replacement, or full refund as quickly as possible — including all associated shipping costs.
